Personal Training

1:1 personal training: “Work one-on-one with our certified personal trainer to create and accomplish personalized fitness goals with safe, sustainable, and fun exercise! Our exercise programming is not one-size-fits-all, and is thoughtful designed with your health and lifestyle needs in mind. We can help you work towards a variety of goals including:

-building strength

-increasing cardiovascular endurance

-decreasing pain and rehabilitating injuries

-improving stress levels

-improving balance, proprioception, and coordination

-dive deeper into sport-specific movements and improve individual sports performance

-learning safe gym practices and sustainable training

-building confidence in the gym and at home!

Youth and adults are welcome to sign up for personal training! It is strongly encouraged that youth clients sign up for hour sessions.

PRICING:

1:1 Personal Training:

$65/hour

$50/half hour

Sessions can be purchased in packages of 5, 10, and 20 sessions and expire after 6 months.

5 pack:

Hours= $325

Half hours= $250

10 pack:

Hours=$650

Half hours=$500

20 pack:

Hours= $1300

Half hours= $1000

Youth general fitness classes

Our youth general fitness classes are the perfect way to keep your kids active and healthy! Designed for ages 8+, our classes feature a 5:1 child to instructor ratio meant to help your kids thrive and learn new and exciting skills! These sessions will primarily focus on building confidence, strength, and coordination in a safe and supportive environment. Whether your child is new to structured fitness or looking to level up their game, everyone is welcome! Classes will be scheduled in age groups of 8-11 and 12-14 and capped at 5 individuals at this time. Classes can be booked in advance one month at a time.

$40 per person per class

Youth Sport-Specific Strength Classes

Our Youth Sports Strength classes are designed to enhance performance in baseball and softball athletes. With a large focus on proper movement mechanics, our goal is to keep athletes healthy and reduce the risk of injury. Designed for ages 8+, our classes feature a 5:1 athlete to instructor ratio meant to help your child thrive and improve their skills! These sessions will focus on sport-specific skills including, speed, strength, agility, balance, power, and more. Classes will be scheduled in age groups of 8-11 and 12-14 and capped at 5 individuals at this time. Classes can be booked in advance one month at a time.
